• Orders are processed within 5-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5-21 business days)

3. Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

• We currently ship to the following countries: Canada and USA.

• Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing. Additional duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
